It's my philosophy in the Mortgage Business that sets me apart from my competition.

My competition believes the most important thing to you is your Interest Rate.  They believe it's so important to you that they'll say or do just about anything to make their interest rate look better than anyone else's interest rate.   They'll flash brilliant colorful signs on busy streets advertising unattainable rates just to get their phones to ring.  They'll come up with creative ways to describe programs that confuse you, but gets their phones to ring...  They'll even advertise OLD rates that are better than today's rates just to get their phones to ring...  Why do they do this?  Because it works, unfortunately.

I speak with my customers as a trusted professional...  I have the knowledge that will empower you to become a wise consumer of Real Estate Finance products.  I believe you have the ability to understand these products and a right to know ALL your options when considering a financial transaction that's as important as purchasing or refinancing your home. 

Believe me...  I understand the importance of getting the best available interest rate...  BUT I also KNOW what's most important is to get you properly fit into the right finance program with the best available rate.

I believe I can become your Mortgage Professional for life.  That's my goal and I know I will not get there by trying to fool you into calling my phone number and then switching programs on you mid-stream.  I know I can get there ONLY by demonstrating honesty and integrity from the very first phone call.  Sure, that loses me business to those willing to market an illusionary product...  But I cannot do it any other way...
