Why do I do this?? 

Well, because I like to help people succeed...  I also believe that if one my clients uses my services and I help them succeed, they might consider using my mortgage services on the purchase of their next home.  There is no Cost or Obligation for any of my services for my FSBO clients.  I simply hope that through the relationship I build while helping them sell their home I can become their mortgage officer on their next purchase.

I provide an 800 number and signs inviting drive-by prospects to call and gain access to FREE recorded information regarding your home.  At any point during the phone call, your prospect can click a button and automatically be connected to your phone number giving you 24 hour a day access to people interested in your home.


                                              



FREE Marketing Brochures

I create marketing brochures for my FSBO client's property.  I am happy to produce a professional quality listing sheet for your home listing available finance programs with their monthly payments so prospects may understand the possibilities of owning your home.



Pre-Qualify All prospects for you

One of the scariest things about opening your home to the world is trying to figure out who to let into your home and who NOT to let into your home.

One way to determine if a prospect is serious is to make sure that prospect is pre-qualified for a mortgage from a reputable mortgage provider prior to allowing the showing.
